The order
To order
- On the item's page select your chosen size
- Click on "add to basket"
- You can then choose to continue your purchases, or finalise your order
- If you have a discount voucher, click on it so that the reduction is applied then click on "OK" otherwise - click on "order"
- If you do not have an account, please create one, or if you are already registered, please log in using your email address and your password.
- Enter your delivery address or check that it has already been entered, then click on "order"
- Select a delivery option. Please select the pick-up point or post office if you have chosen this delivery option.
- Tick the "I have read the general conditions of sale and I adhere to them without reservation" to go on to the next step, then click on "order"
- You can pay by debit/credit card (click on the first rectangle), in three instalments free of charge with Cofidis (second rectangle) or by PayPal (third rectangle)
- You will shortly after receive an email confirming your order.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email
To change my order
Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be changed. If your order shows a “Payment accepted” status, please contact Customer Service who will cancel and refund your order.
You may than place a new order. Once the order status changes to "Order preparation confirmed", we can no longer intervene.
If you wanted to add an item, you will need to place a new order.
To cancel my order
For any order cancellation, it's best to call Customer Service on 33 (0)2.52.65.02.11. If the status of your order shows "Payment Accepted", customer service will be able to cancel it.
On the other hand, if the status has changed to "Order preparation confirmed", it will no longer be possible to intervene.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within a limit of 14 days following the receipt of the order.

Order status
You can see the status of your order once logged into your e-shop account, in the "MY ORDERS" section.
Order tracking
To track your order, log into your e-shop account and go to "MY ORDERS", click on "VIEW DETAIL" next to the relevant order. Then click on "TRACK YOUR ORDER" to access the carrier's site. If you already know your parcel number, here are the links to directly access the carriers' sites:

However, if you need after-sales service for an item bought in a store, you should take the item to the store concerned or contact them by phone. . You will find their contact details here :ici.
We accept to undertake certain repairs where possible and only within a year of the date of purchase. Not all repairs are guaranteed..
We do not guarantee any damage resulting from misuse or improper care. We do not offer repairs on alterations or work undertaken by a cobbler.
You can get advice from your Free Lance store or contact our customer service contacter notre service clients. Your cobbler may also be able to advise you.

Currently, our footwear does not come under vegan certification.

The photos published on our site are taken from several angles to best present the items.
The colour
We do our utmost to ensure that the photographs' colour is as close to reality as possible.
However, depending on your screen settings, there may be slight differences.

To help you choose your size, please refer to this chart. If we consider it useful, we add more detailed sizing information to the item's product description.
Our shoes can be tried on in-store before being ordered from our e-shop.

Our e-shop is restocked every day. Our e-shop is restocked daily with pairs of shoes/boots returned by customers as well as our weekly restock.
If your size is no longer available, just enter your email address and you'll be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.

Availability of your chosen model in your Free Lance store
All of the models in our e-shop are stocked in our FREE LANCE store at rue du Four in Paris 6, except those marked with a “web exclusive” pictogram.
Our other FREE LANCE stores stock a range of products, chosen according to the size of the shop.
You can check the availability of your size in your store via the product description page by clicking on the "Available in store" button.
You can also get an item delivered to the store of your choice by selecting the carrier "Express collection in Free Lance store by Ups".

Price differences on other websites
The prices indicated on our e-shop are the same as those charged in our stores and recommended to our resellers.
However, resellers are free to set their own prices.
The payment
Payment methods
You can pay by debit/credit card, PayPal or in three instalments free of charge via Cofidis.
Refused payment
Please check you have entered the correct details.
It may be that the code received by SMS to secure the payment was not entered quickly enough.
If the problem persists, please contact the organisation that issued your debit/credit card.
Secure payment
We use Monetico, a secure online payment portal. For PayPal payments, payment security is managed directly by PayPal.

Go to the bottom right of our home page and under "NEWSLETTER" enter your email address then click "ok".

Some items added to your basket have disappeared
The items in your basket remain available in our e-shop until you validate your purchase.
This means that other customers can buy them.
If an item added to your basket is no longer available on our site, you can enter your email address on the item's product page in order to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.

I am unable to connect to my -shop account
If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot password" on the "login" page, enter your email address then click on "recover". You will receive an email with a new password within a few minutes.
